Get a faster answer
- Help with sizing: tell us your waist and hip measurements (cm or inches) and your usual size. We will tell you which one to order.
- About an order: include your order number (it starts with #) so we can find it right away.
- Wrong size: tell us the size you want instead. We ship the new one first, so you are never without.
- Something wrong with it: email a photo to support@viamelle.com and we will replace it. No debate.
Many quick questions, like when you can start wearing it after birth, how it looks under clothes and delivery times, are already answered in the FAQ at the bottom of the product page.
